</TD></TR><TR><TD class=vaLink>Brown has suffered two season-enders in the past three seasons, including a torn ACL which he spoke about. Fully cleared at training camp, it appears Brown will be 100 percent for Week 1. His track record says a 16-game season is far from certain, but we're feeling more confident about his top-25 fantasy back ranking. He's a value in the sixth round of non-PPR drafts.

Brown's YPC average has dropped below 4.0 for the first time this season, and Williams has two one-yard performances over the last three weeks. Brown is only a flex play right now, while Williams should be owned only for handcuff purposes.
